For account, booking, payment, refund, Keep Card, no-show, or venue-entry issues, contact us through the in-app Customer Center or by email.
What To Include
- Your account email or phone number.
- Club name, booking date, table name, and booking ID if available.
- Payment reference, screenshot, or receipt if the issue involves payment.
- A short description of what happened, including whether it is urgent on-site support or a post-event dispute.
Policies
Booking chat records are retained for at least one year (365 days) from the latest relevant date described in the Privacy Policy. Related unresolved processes or preservation holds may extend retention; reaching the minimum period does not cause immediate automatic deletion.
Report booking, billing, no-show, cancellation, duplicate-payment, or venue-entry disputes within 7 days to help us review them promptly. This reporting guidance does not shorten the chat retention period.
